do or just see a short Reggaeton Fitness class ® first? Here is a short lesson for you that you can try whenever you want, taught by the instructor certified Harumi Valdivieso. Good training!

Reggaeton Fitness®

it is a physical activity that takes its cue from dance with Reggaeton music, a Latin genre that has its roots in hip-hop, salsa and reggae, applied here in the fitness field. Developed by the instructor and presenter Miguel Benitez, it consists of steps that are easy to learn, but at the same time very productive from a functional point of view, able to adequately stimulate the whole body in its many components. The lesson is held by certified instructor Miriam Harumi Valdivieso Nagaya. What can you need to do the lesson? just a towel and a bottle of water to drink to keep close.

You can also choose Zumba Fitness®, an activity that needs no introduction and on which it is easy, if you haven't tried it yet, to find some demonstration lessons. We also offer it in the Zumba Core® and Zumba Glutes® modes, specializations of Harumi Valdivieso's Zin®! (The demo video will be published later. Subscribe to the Channel to stay updated!)
